1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Arzi.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free and paid plans.
2. What Arzi Does
Arzi.app is a job search assistant that helps you find jobs, autofill application forms, and manage your job search activity. Arzi does not submit applications on your behalf without your explicit instruction. You are always responsible for reviewing and submitting your own applications.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Arzi to submit fraudulent applications, misrepresent your qualifications, or violate any applicable laws or the terms of service of third-party job platforms such as LinkedIn or Naukri. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in any way.
5. Plans and Payments
Arzi offers a free plan with daily usage limits, and paid Pro and Student plans with unlimited access. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of a charge if you have a concern.
6. Your Data
You own your data. Your resume, profile, and job history belong to you. We store your data solely to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties. Portions of your resume text may be processed by AI systems to generate answers and analysis. We minimise what is shared and never include sensitive personal identifiers such as your PAN or Aadhaar in those requests. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
Arzi.app and all its content, branding, and software are the property of the Arzi team. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Arzi is provided as is. We do not guarantee that using Arzi will result in job interviews or offers. Match scores and AI-generated answers are provided for guidance only and may not always be accurate. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arzi and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
